Taiwan is releasing the Pre-Ordering from 13 Sept, where the album will be out on 30 Sept.. anyone has any idea when is Pre-Ordering starting in Singapore?? Like there is no news on it... !!!!!

i'm getting so excited... and hoping he will come for his concert again!! together with his new album!!
