HELP! Lee Hom in SG on 2 Dec 07????

I saw an advert (ST, Pg15, 3Nov07) that said Lee Hom is performing with special guests (Huang YiDa & Daniel Lee) in a water concert on 2 Dec 2007!!!

I can't seem to find any details on the net! Does anyone know how to get tix? (: Anyone game to go too?
