according to one of my friends, she said that u have to give "ur" child 50bucks per mth to support them... dunno whether is it true or not... got to check out at those websites!

Yeah I think 50bucks per month or something, can check out the world vision website? Actually other than kids in Laos, there are Cambodia, Myanmar etc etc that we can help also. I've been to Myanmar for Mission trip two years back, kids there are equally under-privileged and really a sad sight. I agree with eve, unless you have been there and experience it else it will hard to feel it just hearing from others. Singaporean kids are really very very fortunate.
