Two thumbs up for his album. Was browsing through the websites to know more about this young talented musician. I'm very impressed of his music/songs that he composed. One of the goody-good songs would be " a simple song". It makes me wonder how this young chap get his inspirations from. I have been to CHina zillion of times and it had never occured to me to write a good piece of music. i must say, he has special talents and of course, he makes a good full use of it. The songs are NEAT. good chords progression.... some are quite oriental and thrilling. very good homework and research done Lee hom.
For people who have not purchase this CD, do grab one NOW as it is one of the worthy CDs that i have bought. AND... PLease don't ever visit pirated stores. just curious, does his studio accept students? ;D

Hi All
One word for it. BEST!!! I think this album Lee Hom really put in a lot effort to make it so nice. Although I know ppl may say his music background may sound like other singer music, or maybe his music like copy other ppl, but to me, I know he is not copying other ppl's work, only he use similar tread of music ba.
Not only me like his 'Xin Zhong De Ri Yue', I think my younger cousion neo how to sing some part. Hehe. So This album is 'jue dui' worth to buy. ;D
Cheers! May

well lee hom said (or so i heard on 100.3) that this album is the one tt he's most satisfied with so far... and personally i like 'forever love' for its beautiful lyrics, and also 'astrology' (xing zuo). brings out the cheeky side of lee hom, and which i feel is a really creative song, topic wise. i feel almost ashamed sometimes tt i can only admire his songs from the most layman view, cos i hve had only minimal exposure to the technical aspects of music.. and i also am sometimes jealous of him, cos he has the rare mix of real talent, opportunites and nt to mention good looks... all the best to lee hom and i hope tt he'll be able to fulfil his deepest desires in his field. forever love lee hom!!

well to me, sad to say... i still prefer his old classic ballads.. i mean we rem leehom for those emotional, melodious songs.. we do know he is talented, his strong vocals.. but most imptly, i feel a lack of emotions in e album other than in e song forever love. i feel tt for other songs.. he seem to be juz performing.. n not really from e heart... e general population still prefers his ballads n not e hip-hop songs.. which is y e songs like "follow me", "guo lai".. are still not on radio..also, e rap from zai na yao yuan de di fang sounds almost a duplicate of jay's rapping style.."fang kai ni de xin" sounds like usher's yeah..moreover, using ancient chinese instruments in more westernised music styles have already been tried b4 by artiste like jay, david tao n lin jun jie..its juz a style tt was nv named... n so its not sumting new. probably leehom is trying too hard to find his own style n identity..well it cannot be rushed or it would sound so much of a duplicate! we all know he IS talented, diligent... his new songs to me still have not showcased his real hidden potential n song composition as well as e vocals!many songs are kind of monotonous n commercialised!probably leehom should take tings in his stride n not pressurise himself so much to produce good music.it's a total different feeling when i 1st listen to his old albums n this new album.. previously i would feel.."wow, tt's leehom!!" n now, "erm.. hmm sounds familiar?" e originality is still not there.. however, there r points to be proud of.. like e lyrics, e amt of effort put in by leehom etc.. like many of u, i'm still a diehard fan of leehom, n have been collecting all his albums.., its juz a little disappointment n a feeling tt his original inspirations are depleting..tt he is getting his so called inspiration from other kind of music.. thus e resulting in his music sounding similar to others.. as a fan, it was hard for me to accept e fact tt his standard dropped.. but i still admire him for his bid to create new styles n music, willing to try out new stuff, appreciate his extreme hardwork. hopefully, leehom take it one step at a time, n find his true identity... will support u for ur passion in music.. n i still luv ur voice! may n continue imrpoving n saor to greater heights in ur career!

Hi
I think if you buy at yesasia you need to find more people share the shipment with you. As far as I know, if you spend above US$49 on CD, VCD or DVD, the shipment is free.
Cheers! May
