Haha I like the part where Tang Wei tells someone (when being interviewed on what she thinks of Tony Leung's eyes) that she wants to speak in Chinese. And of cos Leehom's so cute to video his screaming fans opposite.

forevalurve, yeah it was so irritating. I mean its alrights if you don't know the main lead before watching it but after seeing the main lead and mistaking him for someone else. That's really stupid.
Wow guess I will have to re-watch it again.... these movie people really know how to make money. NC16 first then R21.

I got a friend in HongKong, she can get it for me but what I'm not sure is whether Singapore will allow it in. Well... just gotta see which version Singapore going to release first....

I totally agreed! Don't feel like I've watched it. And after the movie I felt really dissatisfied. It was like I ask for a big mac and they gave me a hamburger. Prolly got to wait till the movie stop screening then the dvd will come out. Will let you know when I find out how to get it!

Shortened Lust, ruined by Caution. It's sad when making money override good art. I watched it today. It was great but could have been much much better, still am upset that movie was cut cos the main essence was missing, still a good movie nonetheless. Tang wei was really good and I think Leehom still need more practice. He was better in this role than his previous few but when compared to Tang Wei and Tony Leung, still not as good. (I'm not a bias fan!) However, you can see his effort and hard work put in this movie. As for the accent.. I think he was required to speak that way just not used to hearing him speak this way. Even Tony's accent in the film was different. Tang Wei was good in all Cantonese, Shanghainese, English and Chinese. Lee Ang sent all of them to attend Language class before filming the show. The sex scenes were rather graphic and a tad hard to digest though it was just maybe a short one min combined. As for Leehom's violent scene, hardly any was shown, it was more of a touch-and-go. If Singapore actually decide to film the full version, prolly will be rated R21. Was irritated with some people in the cinema who kept talking and making stupid statements. I even heard one of them asking whether the main lead (Tony Leung) is Andy Lau when the movie barely started 10mins Sigh.. always end up sitting next to people who talk loudly or chat on hp in the cinema. And one particular scene which is pretty important and full of emotions, he made a funny statement in rojah English/Chinese (don't want to go further in it so as not to spoil the movie). It took really great tolerance for me to stop myself from slapping him =x Just joking, I'm not that violent. I'm going to get the full uncensored version! I did lotsa research on the film so was able to explain a lot of things to my cousin. She WANTS to watch the full uncensored version too! Will think of ways to import it

Aww man, I hope they didn't cut his scenes. Hate it when they cut scenes. Think we just gotta wait for the newspaper to report on the movie so we can have more details.
