As a Gackt fan ;D, I can tell you that Lee Hom performed at Gackt's 2003 concert singing the theme song from "Moonchild" in place of Hyde. He appeared with the other cast members and sang in Japanese.
In case you didn't know, Gackt returned the favor by appearing at one of Lee Hom's concert singing "December Love Song" in Chinese which he recorded with Lee Hom as a single.
