For those still waiting for the book, maybe you can read the notes that Lee Hom wrote at the end of the book for the time being. Enjoy ;D

My Dear Friends,
I'm a lover of biographies because I always gain a more private understanding & appreciation for a piece after knowing more about the artist behind it. Although I am too young & unaccomplished to warrant a full-fledged biography, I think I have amassed a large enough body of work to warrant this "accidental bio."
This is the first time I have provided such detailed insight into my "pre-pop" years. I am amazed at how it shows such a clearer picture of who I really am, sans microphone, sans make-up, sans everything, than what you would normally see of me in the popular media.
I close my eyes & travel as often as possible, back to this period in my life. It is the best vocation I can have from my silly battles of art versus the economics & politics of the recording industry, or the grueling monotony of album promotion. It is a place & time that lives in my heart, and defines me today more than ever. It is with great joy that I share this world with you, all here in one convenient package! Please enjoy it as I do, and come away from this book as if from a great vacation: reworded, refreshed & inspired!
Thank you all for the immeasurable support you've given me in my life as listeners of my music.
Love, peace & music,
