Hi to all my dear frens out there......... I personally would like to share some experiences with you guys....During Lee Hom stay in sg these few days, I realise our fan club is not very organise (not meant to offend anybody) Our fan club has sent us e-mails (those who attend show B Members) informing us to try and wear the club T-shirt if not then wear a red t-shirt so that we will appear united as a fan club. POINT A But very sad to say...... when I attended Lee Hom autograph session and Show B, I don't see much people wearing red especially the club T shirt. Not even ONE THIRD of the members are wearing red!!! During the autograph session..people near the front stage were holding their umbrellas high up in air making people at the back not able to see Lee Hom! I guess we should understand that everyone is here to see LEE HOM and we should try to be more understanding to the rest. POINT B Talk abt Show B, there were'nt any meet a session with the fan club members b4 hand to discuss how we should arrange for our seats for show B and slogens to shout for LEE HOM. WORST STILL, From autograph session to Show B...I saw very few BANNERS AND CARDSBOARD to wave to LEE HOM! I am not trying to critise but just hope that we will improve together to show our support for LEE HOM! When the fan club admin members has arrange for us to seat at the back for SHow B, I see themselves (fan club admin memebrs) seating near front seats!!!! ARE WE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE UNTIED!! FAN CLUB LEADER HERSELF WAS SEATING IN FRONT AND WE MEMEBRS WERE LEFT AT THE BACK...being blur.... The club admin people told us the slogen just minutes b4 the show, but they only inform some of the members, not all, thus making the slogens will soft....sighhhhhhhhhhhh Maybe some of you friends out there who have attended LEE HOM Malaysia concert tour should share your experiences with the fan club here. I believe u have seen the Malaysia fan club being very organise and united!! Everything was arranged properly, which makes every fans satisfied and happy POINT C B4 LEE HOM arrival, the members here have too many doubts and the fan club admin did not really help out with the doubts we had..for eg..1)show A and Show B recording time, 2)NO details schedule of LEE HOM during his stay in SG, 3)Any arrangement to meet together with the rest of the fans so that we can go as one united group, 4) LEE HOM departure flight n time ...and etc... Lastly,....I would like to apologised if my msg here have offend anybody..But believe me, I am just trying to be trueful so that we will improve together n get prepared for LEE HOM next Visit Lets just share our experiences here and enjoy being memebers of the fan club!!!!

hmm... i do agree we are a bit disorganized ... but i've got a small qn... who are u referring to by the "leader"? bcuz from wad i know the president was at the back wif the rest... as for slogans... it's always hard to get everyone to shout cuz they are quite reserved. as for the cards and all, well actualli those cards made during the concert was onli done by the president herself! onli abt 2 or 3 of us helped a bit wif the leftovers but still i think it's veri hard for one person to do all the cards huh? of cuz some ppl made their own flashcards. i think it would be better to make some of ur own if u think the admin ppl are more informed than us, well, they are juz as clueless abt LH's schedule as us here... but still i'm veri glad to be in this club cuz i made a few good frens... hope i din offend anyone too~ juz share ur opinions!

Hi, I guess I would have to agree that we are a wee bit disorganised... though I myself is Singaporean, but I would have to admit that Singaporean fans are more reserved and tame. Though this has nothing to do with being organised or not, but I suppose it could apply to the fact that the shouting of the slogans being soft... well, everyone of us ARE trying and WANT to catch LH's attn, but... there's a limit to everyone's shouting... and of course, we cannot always depend on the admin ppl or only our fan club leader! They are not super-humans who noe each and everyone of the fan club members, so we could just help by word-of-mouth, and things like tt...? I believe going after idols require a lot of sharing of information between ourselves... instead of relying on our fan club admin staff (who have their own work and rice bowl to keep~) all the time... besides, as far as I know, Sony music staff aren't exactly too helpful when it comes to asking them for LH's news... like what lilian mentioned, everyone is just as clueless. and the flashcards and stuff... well, read lilian's reply. abt the umbrellas... erm... tt day it was raining, and some ppl don't really like to get caught in the rain... so, tt fact can't really be helped. i would just like to reiterate the fact tt our admin staff aren't the know-it-alls when it comes to LH's schedule when he's in singapore, or ALL the fan club members, their names and faces, stuff like tt. since we wanna work and go to places as a TEAM, everyone has to play a little part and take the initiative to help and stuff. this makes everyone's job a little easier, i suppose. 'cos except those who can afford to be full-time "idol-chasers", the rest of us, unfortunately, have to work or study, which is our priorities. a bit of info from ppl here and there would help EVERYONE, regardless of whether he/she is part of the admin staff or not. i believe everyone has been trying their best. i'm glad i'm part of this club and am thankful for the frens i've made 'cos of it.

hihi.. first of all i agree that the fan club is kinda unorganize..like during the concert the fan club ppl say gotta sell the fan club tee..then i was so enthu and wanna buy it at first.. i waiting for the e mail from the admin member but then no response.. then until that day.. as in the concert only they say dunno.. no offence.. but then that day really disappointed.. i am not a singaporean.. i am a malaysian..but then i study in singapore thats why i join the fan club here.. the fan club in mas.. tell ya guys the truth is fantastic.. not say we are not.. but they seems to be updating their web site more often and they always organize gathering..we even get to take picture with lee hom side by side as in a group.. idols like their fan to shout and cheer for them,..i went the autograph session in malaysia .. everyone is shouting and so happy and lee hom also seems very happy..but then the autograph session here..kinda disappointing also.. last time the one for his concert wan..that thingy start around ten thirty but then until nine also not that lotsa ppl come and queue..if in mas.. early in the morning ppl already run there and wait..probably lee hom more famous in mas.. sorry.. i know i am comparing.. but just cant help it.. to anyone that not happy with this .. i can only say sorry.. dun mean to hurt you guys.. all the best.. and lurve lee hom always..

i agree with FaytH - we cannot always depend on the admin ppl or only our fan club leader! They are not super-humans who will noe evey move of LeeHom - and i greatly appreciate the few kind souls who voluntarily offered their time and effort to promote Leehom and make arrangement for the fans...
Can you get the tickets to the show if its without the Club's member assistance? Be happy that you got a seat at least though its at the back cos many cant even get a chance to be there to watch lee hom perform...when Leehom didnt make it for show A. sob sob....
Can undertand the frustration behind simply becos we all loves Lee Hom so much.....am sure lee hom would wanna see all his fans united.
Let's hope we do better when he visit S'pore again okie!

Yeah the fan club is disorganised but we shouldn't push all the blames to the com ppl. Overall OurHome SG is still k. U dun've to pay any membership fees to get into the fan club k. I dun think there r many fan clubs out there who've such privileges. There r many ppl who din turn up to collect the tixs 4 Show B. SonyMusic din reali gave a schedule to the com ppl so.... Anyway thecom ppl r organisin a fan gathering session so dun worry k. If u all reali wana meet up n hang out, y not? Now let's arrange a time. How abt Thurs? The fan club ppl r reali nice but it is juz tat u all dun go the extra miles to know them.

Yup, i agree with Christine!! We all cannot depend on the admin ppl wat!! All the details bout leehom's events were on this board! We cannot blame our fan club leader coz they're only human! NOT a SUPERWOMAN!! Our fan club leaders also sad too!! Cause they can't give us more details bout leehom's schedule, and we all cannot go / meet / sit together. we must give them a chance to improve so tat they can do it better next time!

Hey ppl, Yeah.. i also agree that things were a little disorganised during that few days that Leehom was in SG. Well, firstly, about little fans wearing red : I have to let you guys know that i feel that though we have quite a number of members in the fan club, not all the ppl who came during the autograph are members. Most of them are not members. And those in front are ppl who joined the i weekly sms contest. So i guess they are most probably not members. Anyway, I remember clearly that the email the in charge gave us clearly stated and requested members to wear red. So i guess there's no fault in the in charge in this particular incident. Maybe there are really too much ppl attending the autograph... (thats y not much red shirts can be seen) Secondly, about the banners and flashcards.. IF i am not wrong, the cards were made personally by someone, ( think either xiuyue or the president). Well, u guys should understand that there's no fan club funds. so the $ used to do the banners and flashcards will be coming out of from the president herself. Isn's it a bit unfair that she is spending $ to do things that some of the members can also use ? I mean , it's not as if she is paid to do all these... you guys know wat i mean? Thirdly, No slogans .. Well, i think it's rather hard to have a slogan. especially when not all is wearing red and they did not even know who are members and who are not... Quite hard to lead i guess... Lastly, Abt the fan club not clearing doubts abt Leehom schedule: Well, i guess there might be some misunderstanding... Although the fan club will have latest news about Leehom, it does not mean that the club knows everythig. It really depends on the information Sony Music want to provide the the fan club. Sony and the fan club are not the same body .. (in the sense where Sony Music might not give us all information that they know) I feel that many fans always think that Sony and the club are linked. Yes, the club is some how or rather linked but the club is its own individual body. Lastly, i would like to share my views about how i feel... Seriously, i agree that it is a little disorganised. But we cant blame the president. You guys might not know, but she is actually overseas and only return to SG on thu night. One day before Leehom is scheduled to come. So, i guess it is really tough for her to cope both the fan club and her work. She is not overseas to enjoy. She is there to work. So i guess we should at least show some gratitude that she even arrange for us to watch the Pu Wei show on sat. As i said she only came back on thu, It is not possible for her to arrange a time earlier to discuss abt the meetings with the club members... you guys know wat i mean? Anyway, i also have to let u all know that actually she is not paid to do all these things.... it's becuz of her love for Leehom that she continue to hold this fan club to let it survive and let us gather together. Of cuz, all the members helped too by being active in the club and discussion board. Whatever it is, i hope this will be a new lesson learnt for everyone.. juz hope that the next outing will be a better one! Leehom's the Best!

My take on the matter... On the autograph session... just for your information... those standing at the front of the queue were winners of a sms contest organised by i-weekly... not necessarily people from the fanclub... Even the leaders of the fanclub have no idea how the queues were to be arranged... This is all at the discretion of the organising parties like SonyMusic and HMV etc... And the fanclub is not definitely not part of it... Anyway, people have their rights to open up THEIR umbrellas to shield THEMSELVES from the rain... you can't really blame them... It's a personal choice... Just a point to note... the number of umbrellas actually decreased when the event started... Singaporeans fans are not that inconsiderate... On the tickets for the 2 Mediacorp shows... someone brought it up that the main organiser was abroad for work the days leading up to LeeHom promotional period in Singapore. How does being a full-time fanclub leader sounds to you??? There are actually not many people in the fanclub willing to undertake this massive administrative task. And furthermore... most of the people in the club are MEMBERS... Hope you know what I mean by members... On the cheers and signboards and banners etc... Yupz... we all know how Singaporeans are like... pretty much reserved and are not likely let their emotions run amok... So... Do you think everyone will be willing to how up banners and posters and start screaming slogans??? If they're forced to, wouldn't it make their experience at the shows unpleasant??? Furthermore, support for an artiste takes in many forms... Some includes, purchasing his works, CDs, VCDs and such, spreading the artiste's works to friends so that more will know and appreciate his music. Of course... there's also the screaming and declarations etc... The fanclub can only do so much in coming out with slogans... With the limited experience behind them for such events and situations, they know better than to suggest things which are not readily accepted and carried out... On the point about the signs and banners... do you think a few individuals have the financial ability to create all these for even half the fanclub?? Expect such financial inputs from people studying and working? Singapore's economy IS not doing too well now... Yupz... I agree with lilian... If YOU want a signboard to show YOUR support for LeeHom, only you yourself will know what to put on the board. On the knowledge of the fanclub regarding LeeHom's schedules and such... They are pretty much like the rest of the population in Singapore... Knowing the events and activities when they're announced to the rest of the people on the island... They have already taken the effort to compile and gather as much as they can about the details of Leehom's schedules... By the way, I think it was suggested that fans can meet and proceed from point to point together... Sounds like a primary school outing??? Imagine the immense responsibilities on the leaders of the fanclub ,which I have mentioned, isn't a lot. The general discipline of the group, people getting lost and detached from the groups, other people joining in halfway, making sure the group arrives on time or early for an event etc... On the red t-shirt thingy... this cannot really be helped at all since from what I know this t shirt thingy was juz started like a month ago slightly before LeeHom's concert in Singapore. Those few t-shirts that were made by the fanclub were more of like an experiment... Nothing's confirmed yet. If they had decided to push ahead with whatever design they came up with at the point, there's bound to be some complains here and there... furthermore... it's really not easy to come up with designs for a club t-shirt. Several considerations have to be made... things like the colours, how many to order etc. All these lead up to the cost of a t-shirt. More colours means more money... Ordering more t-shirts to be printed means lower costs... And since most members will not want to commit themselves to paying for something they didn't have the chance to check it out personally, the small number of people who were willing to pay for the initial batch of t-shirts were actually paying quite a high price... Bottomline is... the fanclub is disorganised... but they can't help it themselves too... but more importantly, members of LeeHom's Singapore fanclub are way too passive... Joining the fanclub just takes a click of the mouse without any feeling of responsibility or commitment tied to it... If you wanna compared between fanclubs, why not compare the fans between the fanclubs too besides the leaders of the fanclub? If sandy lam's fans can produce a CD for her??? Why can't we? PEACE

Why do we have to like blame other ppl?? We are also fans of Lee Hom so if you have Lee Hom Latest News you also can tell the leader of the fan club . Don't have to wait for them to tell you. And also organizing a fan club is very hard especially the leader, they have to crack their head on everythings including organizing outing etc. I know now the fan club is a bit disorganized. As you can see the web pages are also not so fast get updates. Have you ask yourselves why?? Well is because the admin leader also have their own thing need to do so we have understand them too by putting ourselves into their shoes right? They have keep the web page good alr.. you haven see so fan club not ever updates for the last one month that is so mess. We can keep them (admin leaders) updated about what we think and our suggestion so i think this way they can keep the fan club more organized. Right?? Hope my words will not offend anyone too~ juz sharing my opinions....
